Dr. Johan’s career spans leadership roles in global business and consulting. He has served as Executive: Human Capital at Imperial Logistics Africa, Head of HR Development at Imperial Group, and has consulted widely in South Africa and abroad.

He established a psychometric assessment centre performing over 250 assessments monthly, co-authored, and served as Team Psychologist for South Africa’s World Skills Team. His mission: align leadership, culture, and capability to unlock lasting performance.
